Lydia Datsenko, Tatiana Dem'yanenko
«Trompe l'oeil»

(Painting) 1-30 October 2010

October 1 at 19-00 ANN Gallery invites all lovers of painting exhibit two well-known artists Kiev Lydia Datsenko and Tatiana Demyanenko.
Beautiful French «Trompe l'Oeil» denotes an optical illusion, technique is very realistic images to create optical illusions that display objects in three dimensions. This method of painting was born around 5 th century BC, when well-known Greek painter Zeuxis Still Life wrote so convincing that birds flew down from the sky to peck at the painted grapes.
Thus, at least, the legend says.
Later, «Trompe l'Oeil» received active use in France, Italy and Holland not only in painting as such, but also in painting palace arches and temples.
And in the exhibition will be presented ANN Gallery Still Lifes colors, shapes and technology that make me forget that it? only only an illusory image and gave the impression of authenticity of nature. Peculiar illusion of attraction. In the minds occurs transformation of the character in reality and vice versa.
At first glance it might seem that the "snag" this is only a tribute naturalism, subtle skill of the artist, able to photographic details to portray the objects of the material world, and nothing more. But in fact, a closer look to the audience presents a complex series of characters and relationships between reality and image.
